Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

You can choose between several delivery options when you checkout. From express to regular shipping, Le Studio Pierre offers you the best option to deliver your purchase.

The cost of shipping your order will be calculated at the checkout.

Where does ship?

Le Studio Pierre delivers in France and around the world.

If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all Le Studio Pierre purchases require an adult signature upon delivery, unless you chose to ship to a pickup point.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order on your personal account on or by using your tracking number directly on the carrier official website.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, we deliver in 1-7 business days, depending on the carrier and the delivery destination you chose.

What is your return policy ? How many days do I have to return a product ?

For online purchases, Le Studio Pierre will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Le Studio Pierre packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Le Studio Pierre reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Le Studio Pierre’s sole discretion.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to are processed within 14 days of receipt of the notification of the Client’s cancellation of the order. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

Are return costs refundable?

There is no return costs, we offer free returns by providing you a return label by e-mail.

How do you exchange an item with

In order to exchange an item, return the original item using the return instructions provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
